Sanjiv Kapoor

We are located in New Palam Vihar, specifically in Phase-1 at House No. P 26. This part of Gurgaon is always growing, but our corner stays relatively consistent. It is a residential area, so it doesn't feel like those big glass office buildings you see in the city center. We operate right out of the house. Most days, you will find us sorting through files or taking calls in the front room. The Haryana weather can be tough, especially the humidity, but we have our setup here. It is just Sanjiv and a few hands helping out when the workload increases. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room. If you visit, you are basically coming into our workspace. It is simple and honest. We keep track of everything ourselves without any complicated software. The address is easy to find once you get into Phase-1. We have been at this location for a while now. It works for us because it keeps the costs down and we can stay close to the local community. There are no fancy meetings or corporate events here. We just focus on the task at hand and get it finished by the end of the day. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but that is normal for this part of Gurgaon. We like the way things are.
