IMT Manesar is a huge industrial area, so there are always sounds of construction and heavy machinery in the background. Our building is a functional industrial space designed for the laser equipment we use. Laser technology requires a lot of precision, so we spend a lot of time calibrating the machines and checking the computer settings. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of comfortable chairs or decorations. The floors are concrete and the walls are mostly bare. A small office area exists for the paperwork, but the main part of the building is taken up by the workshop floor. We’ve been part of the Manesar industrial community for several years now. It’s a place where things are made, and being part of that process is good. The work can be repetitive, watching the lasers cut through the sheets of material, but it requires a lot of attention to detail. A group of us who know how to run these machines focus on getting the orders right. There isn't a sales team here; the work just speaks for itself.
