We have been based at Plot No.30 in Sector-30 of IMT Manesar for a good few years now. It is a busy industrial area, as most people who work around here know. Our day usually starts pretty early with the sounds of machines warming up and the staff trickling in through the gates. Fabrication is what we do every single day. It’s mostly about cutting, bending, and putting metal parts together according to whatever drawings come across our desks. Some days are quieter than others, while some weeks the floor is just packed with sheets and scrap. We do not have a fancy front office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we get the work done. The guys here have been with us for a long time, so they know the drills and the saws better than anyone. We mostly focus on making sure the measurements are right because that is what matters in this line of work. If a piece doesn't fit, it is just wasted time for everyone involved. Being in Manesar helps because there are plenty of transporters nearby to pick up the finished stuff. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just have to fix it and keep moving. It is not always glamorous, but it is honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just try to finish what we started so we can go home on time.
