We’re located in Tower 14, Flat No 501, over at CHD Avenue-71. It’s a residential complex in Gurgaon, but it’s where we run Rolling Buns Foods And Hospitality. Working from an apartment tower means we have a bit of a climb, but the view is alright. We focus on the hospitality and food sectors, which keeps us pretty busy most days. There is always something to organize, whether it’s a new menu idea or sorting out some logistics for a client. We aren’t a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us here in Haryana trying to make things work. We don’t use a lot of marketing talk because we think the work should speak for itself. Sometimes the phones are buzzing all day and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some planning done. Sector 71 is a bit away from the main hub, which we actually prefer. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or on calls. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but that’s the nature of the food business. We don’t have any grand mission statements pinned to the wall. We just show up, do the work, and try to get better at it. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place and we’re fine with that. It’s just our little corner of the city where we keep things rolling.
