Rajdhani Caterers

Rajdhani Caterers is located over in Amar Colony, specifically at 1667/26. We are right near the Bata showroom, which makes it easier for people to find us when they come to talk about their events. The colony is always bustling with people and there's a lot of traffic on the main road. Our space is basically where we do all the prep work and store our big cooking pots. It’s a simple place with whitewashed walls and a few benches. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. Most people just walk in or call us because they saw our name at a wedding. We’ve been doing this for years, and the routine stays the same. Wake up early, go to the mandi for vegetables, and then start the prep. It’s hard work and the summer heat makes it even tougher in the kitchen. We have a few guys who help with the heavy lifting and the serving. We aren't a corporate company with managers. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. The neighborhood knows us well. We’ve seen kids grow up and then come to us for their own wedding catering. That’s just how it is in Amar Colony. We keep our equipment clean and ready for the next job. There’s always a pile of dishes to wash or a menu to plan. We don't make it complicated. We just cook food and deliver it where it needs to go.
