Quickys Food

We’ve been at Palam Vyapar Kendra for a while now. It’s on the ground floor at S-94, right in the heart of Palam Vihar. Most days it gets pretty busy around here, especially when the lunch crowd starts trickling in from the nearby offices and shops. We started this because we wanted a place that just serves decent food without too much fuss. There isn’t a fancy lobby or anything, just a counter and some chairs where people can sit for a bit. You’ll usually see a couple of us running around trying to get orders out on time. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually have a tea break. We deal with all sorts of people, from students looking for a quick bite to residents who just don’t feel like cooking dinner. The space is a bit small, but we make it work. We keep things simple and try to make sure the kitchen stays clean. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes the delivery guy gets stuck in traffic, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. People know where to find us. We don't spend much on ads; we just rely on folks walking by and smelling whatever is on the stove. It’s a lot of work, but being part of the local market keeps things interesting every single day.
