We are located at shop 109 in the Sector 15 Huda market. It’s a small spot where we make quick snacks and meals for people passing through. The market is always moving, so we stay pretty active. We start early to get the stove going and prep the ingredients. The kitchen isn't very big, so we have to move around each other carefully. It gets hot in there, especially during the summer months. We serve the usual things people like to eat when they are in a hurry. There are a few chairs outside but most people just stand and eat. We get a lot of office workers and students from around the area. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the evening if the lunch rush was big. We don't use any fancy ordering systems, just write things down and get them cooked. The floor gets a bit scruffy with people coming in and out, but we sweep it when we can. It’s a simple setup. We’ve been here in Sector 15 for a while and know the other shopkeepers around. We just focus on getting the food out fast. It’s nothing special to look at, just a place to grab a bite. We keep it going day after day and make sure the stove is ready for whoever comes by next.
