Pragati Steels

Pragati Steels is located at the 1/6 Milestone on Khandsa Road in Sector-37. This is a very industrial part of the area, and it’s where all the real heavy lifting happens. We deal with steel, so as you can imagine, it is a bit of a rugged environment. There’s a lot of metal around, the sound of trucks pulling in and out, and the general hum of an industrial sector. Our office is right there on the ground, so we see everything that happens in the yard. It’s not a place for fancy clothes or polished shoes. We are usually dressed for work that involves a bit of dirt and grit. We’ve been at this Khandsa Road location for quite a while now, and we’ve seen the whole sector grow and change. We just focus on keeping our stock in order and making sure the loading goes smoothly. It’s a lot of physical work and basic coordination. We don't have any high-tech systems that do the work for us; it’s mostly just us and our ledgers and the people we’ve worked with for years. Some days the heat is pretty tough out here, but we just keep the water cold and keep the orders moving. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is.
