Pizza Square

At Pizza Square, we spend most of our time just trying to keep up with the orders coming in from DLF Phase 3. It gets really crowded around Nathupur Village 27/15, especially in the evenings when everyone is getting home from their jobs. Our kitchen isn't very big, so we’re always bumping into each other while we stretch the dough and chop up the vegetables. The oven stays hot all day long, and in the summer, it gets pretty sweaty in the back. We don’t have much room for people to sit inside, maybe just a couple of stools, but most people just take their boxes and walk. You can hear the motorbikes outside all the time. It’s a noisy spot. I started working here because I needed a job close to where I live. The flour gets everywhere, on my shoes and even in my hair sometimes. We get a lot of students and office guys who are tired and just want something hot to eat quickly. Sometimes the delivery bikes get stuck in the narrow lanes around here, which is a big headache for the schedule. We just try to get the cheese melted and the crust right before the timer goes off. It’s a lot of repeating the same motions, but it fills the day. We aren't trying to be fancy. It's just a local pizza place in a busy village area.
