Pestosake Restaurants Private Limited is located at J-173, on the upper ground floor of Ceder Crest in Nirvana Country, Sector-50. If you have been around Gurgaon, you know Nirvana Country is a nice, quiet spot. We are right there in the middle of it. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or the seating area, trying to make sure everything is running okay. It is not a massive place, but it is ours. We focus on the food and the atmosphere without trying too hard to be trendy. Most of our staff have been with us for a bit, so we kind of know how each other works without having to say much. There is always something that needs fixing, like a leaky faucet or a lightbulb that went out, so it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big mission statement written on the wall. We just want to make sure the plates come out hot and the place stays clean. Some days are incredibly slow and we just sit around talking, and other days we can't even catch our breath. That is just how the restaurant business goes. We like being in Sector-50 because the neighbors are friendly and it feels like a real community. We are just regular people running a local kitchen and trying to keep the doors open.
