No Leftovers Hospitality Llp is based at Villa 41 in Mapsko Casabella, Sector 82, Gurgaon. It’s a bit different from the typical office blocks you see in the city. Since we are in a residential complex, the environment is a bit more relaxed, but we still have plenty of work to do. We manage our hospitality projects from here, which involves a lot of scheduling and talking to vendors. The villa is our main hub, so there are always people coming in and out with samples or delivery schedules. Gurgaon traffic is a nightmare, so we spend a lot of our time on the phone trying to coordinate where everyone needs to be. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to run a decent hospitality business. Our office is basically just a few tables with laptops and a lot of empty coffee mugs. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to make sure that none of our clients are left waiting. Sometimes the internet goes down or a delivery gets stuck in Sector 82 traffic, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It's a lot of logistical headaches, but we enjoy the challenge of making things happen. We started this because we knew the industry, and we've just kept going since then.
