Nirulas

We are located on the Main Okhla Road at TA 61-4 in the Tughlakabad Extension. This part of the road is always packed with buses and bikes going towards the industrial area or the residential blocks. Nirulas has been a name people know for a long time, but here in this branch, we just focus on the daily chores. We spend our mornings checking the freezers and making sure everything is cold. The extension is a busy place with a lot of families living nearby. They often come in for a treat or order something to take home. The shop is kept clean, but it has that lived-in feel of a place that sees a lot of customers. We have a few booths where people sit and eat. The staff here has been working together for a bit, so we know how to handle the rush. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud you have to shout to be heard. We don't do anything fancy with the service, just give people what they ask for. At night, we turn off the big sign and lock up the glass doors. It is a lot of routine, from mopping the floors to counting the stock. We just try to keep things running smoothly for everyone who stops by on their way through Okhla.
