Nirula'S

This branch is located over in Jangpura Extension. It’s a bit of a quieter neighborhood compared to some of the main markets in the city. We’ve been at this spot for quite a bit of time now. The building is older, but it has its own character that we've grown to like. We spend our days mostly handling the orders that come in from the locals. There’s a lot of families living around here, so we see a lot of kids and parents coming in together. The seating area is plain and functional. We don't try to be something we're not. We just keep the place tidy and make sure the food is ready when people want it. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit narrow with parked cars, making it hard for people to get in, but they manage to find a spot. Our kitchen isn't huge, but it works for what we need to do every day. We keep the routine simple. We arrive, get the machines started, and wait for the first customer of the day. It's a lot of repetition, but there's a certain comfort in that for us. We don't have any big posters or loud advertisements outside to pull people in. They know we're here and they come in when they're hungry. We just try to be a reliable spot for the people in the Jangpura area. It’s just a normal business running in a normal part of town.
