You can find Nanu'S Rasoi Llp over at Mapsko Casabella in Sector 82. We are on the first floor, specifically in A1/102. Setting up a kitchen business in an apartment complex like this has its own set of challenges and perks. There is always someone moving around or some delivery happening in the building. We chose this spot because Sector 82 is growing so fast and it felt like a good place to be. Inside our space, it is mostly just the sound of things being prepped and the occasional timer going off. We are not some massive catering chain with hundreds of employees. It is a much smaller operation where we actually care about what goes into the pots and pans. Sometimes we are still there late at night making sure everything is cleaned up and ready for the next morning. The hallways at Casabella can be long, so we are always walking back and forth. We don't really bother with flashy advertising or anything like that. We think if the food is okay and we do our jobs right, things will work out fine. It gets a bit hectic when several orders come in at once, but that is just part of the routine. We are just real people who enjoy being in the kitchen and making sure the food goes out the door on time. That is our everyday life here in the sector.
