Namche Bazar Kitchen & Bar

So, we are Namche Bazar Kitchen & Bar. You can find us over in Sector 43. We are up on the first floor, which is nice because you get away from the street noise a little bit. Golf Course Road is right there and it’s always packed with cars. Being on the first floor means people have to look up a bit to see us. It’s a kitchen and a bar, so it changes a lot depending on what time it is. In the afternoon it’s pretty quiet and we just do some prep work. Later on, it gets a bit more lively. We have a few tables and a bar area where people hang out. The staff spends most of the time running back and forth from the kitchen. It’s not a fancy corporate place or anything like that. We just keep things running as they come. The walls have some stuff on them and the lighting is just whatever we could get to work for the space. Sector 43 has a lot of places, but we’ve been here for a while now. We know the other shop owners around here too. It’s just a regular business. We cook food and we pour drinks for the customers. Some nights are late and some days are slow. That’s just how it goes on Golf Course Road. If you walk up the stairs, you’ll find us right there on the first floor ready to go. Grab a seat.
