Momo Cafe

We are located inside the Courtyard by Marriott at Sushant Lok Phase 1 in Gurgaon. You’ll find us right on the lobby level. Even though we are inside a big hotel, we try to keep things feeling normal and down-to-earth. The cafe is a place where people staying in the hotel come to grab a coffee or a bite, and we also get folks from the nearby offices in B Block. Being near the golf course means it’s a bit of a nicer area, but inside the cafe, we are just focused on the daily tasks. The espresso machine is usually the loudest thing in the room. We spend a lot of time stocking the shelves and making sure the tables are wiped down. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and moving around. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. The morning rush is the most intense, with everyone needing their caffeine fix before they head out to work. We don't use big marketing slogans. We just put out the food and make the drinks. It’s a practical part of the hotel, meant for people who need a break. We see people on their laptops for hours, and others who just want a five-minute rest. It’s a good mix of people every day. We usually have to refill the napkin holders twice before lunch even starts and check the milk supply constantly.
