We are right here at Sohna Chowk inside the Omaxe City Mall. Most days it’s pretty loud because of the kids running around and people taking a break from shopping. We spend a lot of time wiping down tables and making sure the floor isn't sticky after the lunch rush. It’s a busy spot and sometimes the line gets long when the movie theater nearby lets out. We just try to get the orders out as fast as we can without making mistakes. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the afternoon. We see a lot of regular faces, people who live nearby or work in the mall shops. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to grab something quick and sit for a bit. Sometimes the ice cream machine acts up and we have to fix it while people are waiting. It’s part of the job. We keep the napkins stocked and the trays ready. Usually, the morning starts slow with a few people getting coffee, but by one o’clock, it’s a whole different story. We have a small team and we know each other well. We don't have some big corporate speech to give. It’s just us working the counter and the kitchen every day at the mall. If you are walking through Omaxe City Mall and need a seat or a quick bite, we are right there in our usual spot.
