Mayank Fast Food

We've been over here in Town Panigaon for a while now. It's just a small place near RPS City in Sector 89. I usually open up early to get things ready for the afternoon. It gets busy when people are coming back from work or just looking for a quick bite around the neighborhood. We don't have fancy tables or anything like that. It's more about getting the food out to folks who live nearby. Some days are slower than others, especially when the weather is bad, but we stay open anyway. My brother helps me out with the cooking part. We've got a small kitchen in the back. The location is easy to find if you know where the new buildings are going up. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that’s just how it is. We mostly see the same faces every day, which is nice. It feels like we know everyone on this block. The stove is usually going from about ten in the morning. You can smell the spices from down the street when the wind is blowing. We have this old fan that makes a lot of noise, but it helps keep the heat away while we're cooking. During the monsoon, the street in front of the shop gets a bit flooded, but we just put down some bricks and keep going. We don't have a menu, just a board with prices. We close up around nine.
