Masala Fusion

You can find Masala Fusion over on Old Delhi Road in Sector 14 of Gurgaon. We are right across from the Airforce School and pretty close to the League Hotel. It’s a busy area with a lot of schools and offices. We opened up here because we wanted to serve the people who live and work in Sector 14. The restaurant is a mix of different things, hence the name. We don’t follow a strict rulebook for the menu, we just cook what people seem to enjoy. The lunch hour is usually our busiest time. You’ll see a lot of people from the school and the nearby offices coming in for a quick bite. It gets pretty loud and the staff is always running around. We keep the place clean, but it’s a working kitchen so it’s never perfect. Gurgaon is a fast city, but we try to keep things grounded here. We put in long hours, starting early to prep the vegetables and meat. It’s just a few of us making it happen every day. We aren't some big corporate chain, just a local spot on Old Delhi Road. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by. We usually have something ready on the stove. It’s been a long journey getting this place started, and we are just happy to be here every day. No big frills, just honest food and a place to sit and eat.
