Madrass Fast Food Restaurant

Our place is at Sector 14 SCO 17. If you know the area, you know it’s always packed with people looking for something to eat. We are right in the middle of it. The kitchen is small, so we have to stay very organized to make sure things get out on time. It gets pretty loud in here when the fans are running and the oil is popping. We serve a lot of people who are in a hurry, so we’ve learned to be quick. There’s no fancy seating or soft music playing in the background. It’s just tables, chairs, and good smells coming from the back. We use a lot of rice and spices every day. Cleaning up at the end of the night takes a long time because the grease gets everywhere, but that’s just part of the job. Sector 14 is a lively spot and we like being part of the energy here. We’ve had the same people working the counters for a long time now. We aren't looking to change much or become something we aren't. We just want to make sure the food is hot and ready when someone walks in the door. SCO 17 has been our home for a good while and we’ve seen the market grow around us. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and cook.
