Lemon N Thyme

Lemon N Thyme is located at 1530, right at the Farash Khana Chowk on G B Road. It’s an old part of the city, and the building we are in has seen a lot of years. The street outside is always packed with traffic and people going about their business. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our thing day in and day out. The shop isn't very big, and the layout is a bit awkward because of how the building is shaped, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time prepping in the back and then serving whoever walks in the front door. There isn't any corporate training here; we just learned by doing it. Sometimes the neighbors come in to chat, and other times it’s just strangers passing through Farash Khana Chowk. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just a small business trying to get by. The noise from G B Road is something you just stop hearing after a few weeks. We keep the place as clean as we can, though it’s a struggle with all the soot from the buses outside. My brother helps me out on the weekends when it gets a bit more hectic. We aren’t looking to expand or anything crazy, we just want to keep the doors open and do a good job for the people who stop by 1530. It’s simple, honest work.
