Kwals Diners Private Limited is based out of A-52 in The Belaire. If you know Golf Course Road in DLF City Phase 5, you know it is one of the busiest parts of Gurgaon. We are up in the building, dealing with the daily grind of the food business. It’s a nice enough place, though the elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour. We handle the management side of things from this address. There are usually three of us sitting around a big table with our laptops. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on the kitchen schedules. Even though we are in a fancy building like The Belaire, the work itself is pretty standard. We have piles of folders and receipts everywhere. Sometimes we order food in from the places nearby because we are too busy to go out and get something. The traffic on Golf Course Road is something we talk about every single day. It’s a major part of living and working in Haryana, 122009. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the diners get what they need and the accounts are settled. It is just a regular office setup for us. We come in early, drink a lot of tea, and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Sometimes we work late on the weekends if there is a big event.
