Kents Caterers

Kents Caterers has been operating out of Sector 56 in Gurgaon for some time now. We are right in the middle of the neighborhood, which makes it easy for us to reach most houses around here. Most of our days start really early, usually before the sun is even up, because the kitchen needs to be ready. It’s a messy job, peeling sacks of onions and getting the stoves going, but that is just how the food business works. There is no flashy office with leather chairs here. Our space is mostly taken up by big pots, pans, and cooling racks. People in Sector 56 know us mostly through word of mouth. Someone tries the food at a neighbor's house and then they give us a call. Big ads aren't really our thing. We just try to make sure the food is cooked right and delivered on time. Sometimes the traffic in Gurgaon makes things difficult, especially during the evening rush, but we do our best to plan around it. It’s just a small team of us here. Our cooks have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly how things should taste. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we run out of something, but we always try to make it work. It is an honest living and we are glad to be part of the community here. Just keeping the kitchen going and helping people with their parties is what we do.
