Karrott Restaurant Llp is based in Udyog Vihar, Phase V, Gurgaon, at Plot No 825. This area is the heart of the industrial side of the city, so it’s always moving. We are an LLP, which means it’s a partnership between a few of us who really care about the food business. Being at Plot No 825 keeps us right in the middle of all the offices and factories. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination with the kitchen and the staff to make sure everything is ready for the rush. Udyog Vihar can be a bit overwhelming with the traffic and the noise, but we’ve grown to love the energy of it. Our office isn't anything special—just a room with some chairs and a computer where we do the accounts. We don’t spend much on advertising because we think the food should speak for itself. We’ve had some tough days where the power goes out or a delivery doesn’t show up, but we always find a way to make it work. It’s a bit of a grind, but we enjoy the challenge of running a restaurant in such a busy place. We aren't trying to be a five-star fancy establishment, just a place where people can get a good meal. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day work.
