Kapoor Steel Udyog

Kapoor Steel Udyog is located over in Udyog Vihar Phase V. If you’ve ever walked around the B 37 area, you’ve probably heard the noise from the shops. It’s a pretty industrial part of town, so there is always a lot of movement and trucks coming in and out. We spend most of our days working with metal and dealing with the heat from the machines. It’s not the cleanest work, but it’s what we know how to do. The shop floor is usually a bit messy with scraps and tools lying around, but we know where everything is. We’ve been at this for a while now, just keeping things moving one day at a time. It gets pretty hot in the summer, especially with all the steel around, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big corporate team or anyone in suits. It’s mostly just the guys on the floor getting their hands dirty. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks, and we just have to fix it and keep going. That’s just how it is in this line of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Udyog Vihar, just a place where the work gets finished. It’s a lot of long hours and hard work, but we’re glad to be here doing what we do. We just keep our heads down.
