Our spot is at H-5 in the ITI Staff Colony, right on MG Road in Gurgaon. It’s a busy location because MG Road is always packed with cars and people. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. We deal with steel products mostly. It’s a bit of an older building, but it does the job for us. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the iron and steel trade. The staff here are like family. We’ve all been working together for years. We know who needs what before they even ask sometimes. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We'd rather just keep the business running smoothly. People come to us because they know we're right here on the main road. It's easy to find even if the traffic is a mess. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just talk to people and do our work. It’s a very local way of doing things. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the day. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide steel for the local builders.
