Kamdhenu Ispat Limited

Our office is at H No-33 in New Santi Nagar, which is right near Beriwala Bag here in Gurgaon. Kamdhenu Ispat Limited has been at this Haryana address for some time. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels quite local. We are tucked away a bit, which is nice because it’s not as noisy as the main highways. The building is just a regular house that we've converted into an office space. We use the front rooms for the main work. There’s a big tree outside that gives some shade to the motorcycles parked out front. Inside, the walls are painted a plain off-white and we have calendars from three years ago still hanging up. We deal with a lot of the local steel trade and handle the paperwork for the Haryana region. It’s a small group of us, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes I’m on the phone, other times I’m helping load something or checking an inventory list. The floor is tiled and easy to sweep because of all the mud that gets tracked in during the rainy season. We don't have any corporate protocols really. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in a busy city like this, and we like the quiet of this street.
