Jindal Stainless Ltd.(Ad)

Our spot is in House Number 37 over in Sector 14, Gurgaon. It is a bit of a different setup since it is a house, but that is where we run the Jindal Stainless things from in this part of town. Gurgaon is always crowded and the traffic around Sector 14 can get really stuck in the mornings and evenings. We are mostly busy with the administrative side of the steel business here. There is always a lot of calling back and forth with the plants and the customers. It is not like a big showroom or a factory floor where you see the sparks flying, but more of a place where the planning happens. The neighborhood is mostly quiet except for the usual street noise. We spend a lot of time on the computers and the phones. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we have a backup for that. It gets really hot in the summer months so we keep the fans going all day long. Working out of a house makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass towers you see in Cyber City, which is fine by us. We know the local shopkeepers nearby and usually get our lunch from the small places around the corner. It is a practical way to work and we have been doing it this way for a while now.
