Indijoe Global Cuisine

We are located up on level 3 of Ambience Mall, right off National Highway 8. It’s a big space and we get a lot of different kinds of people coming in. Some are just taking a break from shopping, while others come specifically for a meal with their friends or family. We have a lot of items on the menu from different places, so there’s usually something for everyone. It can be a bit overwhelming looking at all the choices, but we try to help if anyone asks us. The kitchen stays pretty busy, and sometimes the food takes a little longer when the place is full. We don’t really do anything too fancy, just honest cooking. The lighting is a bit dim, which some people seem to like for dinner. We see a lot of birthday parties and groups here because of the size of our tables. It gets noisy with all the chatter, but that’s just part of being in a mall restaurant. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but we can turn it down if it’s too much for the customers. We’ve been at this location for some time now and know the mall layout pretty well. It’s just a place to sit down, relax your feet, and eat something after walking around all day. We try to keep the water glasses full and clear the plates as soon as they’re empty. It's just us doing our thing.
