You can find Hungryladka Caterers Private Limited over at the Paras Trade Centre. We are in Shop No 136, right on the Gurgaon Faridabad Road in Gwal Pahari. It is an interesting spot because you get people coming from both cities. The area has a lot of new buildings, and the trade center is one of them. We do catering, so we are often loading up vans with big metal containers. It’s heavy work and can get quite sweaty. Our kitchen is where all the action happens. There is usually a big pot of something simmering on the stove. We started this because we liked the idea of being our own bosses. It’s not always easy, though. There are days when the sink blocks up or we are short-staffed, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We don’t have a fancy reception area.
