You can find us inside Ambience Mall in DLF City Phase III. It’s a huge place and usually stays pretty loud, especially on the weekends when everyone is out. We serve a lot of different snacks and meals to families who are spent from shopping all day. It gets really busy around lunchtime, and the lines can get long, so you might have to wait a bit for your food. We just try to keep things moving as fast as we can. The tables are always being cleared and wiped down because there’s constantly someone new sitting down. It’s a bit of a rush most days. We have all the usual stuff people expect from us, like sweets and savory plates. Some folks just come in for a quick lassi after their movie. The staff here works hard, but sometimes things get a little chaotic when the mall is packed. It’s just the way it goes in a big mall like this. Most of the time, you’ll see kids running around or people carrying a bunch of shopping bags from the stores nearby. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure there’s enough room for everyone to sit and eat. The kitchen can get really hot, but we keep at it. We don’t really do anything fancy with the presentation; it’s just the food you know, served on regular plates. We’re just one part of the noise and the crowd.
