We've been here at 311, Old Housing Board Colony for quite some time now. Sector-13 is where the shop is, and people around here know us for the steel work we do. It’s a busy place. Most days start early with a lot of noise and metal moving around. My dad started this, or maybe it was just a group of us who decided to get into the trade because that's what we knew. We deal with various steel items, mostly just whatever the local projects need. It isn't a fancy office or anything. There’s dust on the desks and the sound of machines in the back. Sometimes the shipments come late, and we have to stay back to sort things out. That is just how it goes with Ganpati Steel Industries. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the orders get out. If you walk past the Housing Board area, you’ll see the sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through stacks of papers and checking the inventory. People stop by for a chat or to check prices. We don't have a big website or a team of people in suits. It’s just a small crew. We handle the heavy stuff and try to keep things moving. Sector-13 has changed over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot, doing what we do every day. We usually close up when it gets dark and start again the next morning. It’s a simple cycle.
