Our business is based out of the DLF Qutab Enclave area in Phase II near Palam Vihar. This is a busy part of Gurgaon with a mix of houses and commercial spaces. Most of our work happens in the kitchen area where we deal with the pizza ovens and the dough. It gets very hot near the ovens, especially during the summer months when the outside temperature is already high. We have a team of people who are mostly focused on getting the orders ready for delivery. The sound of the timers going off and the boxes being folded is what you hear all day long. We have a row of delivery bikes parked outside, and the riders are always coming and going. The roads around Phase II can be a bit confusing if you don't know them well, so we spend time making sure our maps are right. It is a fast-paced environment and there is not much time for sitting around. We keep our supplies like flour and cheese in a cool room in the back to make sure they stay fresh. The floor is made of tile so it is easy to wash down at the end of every night. We don't have a fancy dining area because we mostly focus on getting the food out to the people living in the nearby apartments. It is a straightforward operation, and we just try to keep the kitchen running smoothly without any big issues.
