Fung'S Kitchen Private Limited

Fung'S Kitchen Private Limited is tucked away in Ridgewood Estate, specifically at L 125 in DLF Phase IV. It is a quiet residential area in Gurgoan, so it doesn't feel like a big commercial zone. We started this kitchen because we like cooking and wanted to have our own space to do it. Every morning starts with a trip to the local market to see what is fresh. Then we head back to the estate and start the prep work. Chopping vegetables and getting the sauces ready takes up a big chunk of the afternoon. The kitchen can get quite hot when all the burners are going at once. We are a small group, just a few of us making sure everything is handled properly. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello or ask what smells so good. We have a lot of regular tasks like cleaning the floors and scrubbing the pots that nobody really likes doing, but they have to get done anyway. Living and working in 122002 is convenient for us since everything is close by. We don't have a massive team or a huge warehouse. It is just a kitchen where we spend most of our waking hours. Some nights we stay late to finish up the cleaning. It is tiring but it is our own thing, so we don't mind it much. We usually just eat whatever is left over for dinner.
