Food Land Restaurant

Food Land Restaurant sits on the Sanjay Gram Marg in Rajiv Nagar. It’s a straightforward kind of place where we focus on cooking and cleaning. The kitchen is where most of the action happens, and it can get pretty loud with the pans clanking and the exhaust fan humming. We have some tables for people to sit at, and we try to keep the tablecloths looking decent. Rajiv Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so we get a lot of locals coming in. Some days the plumbing acts up or we run out of something important, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a place to get a meal on Sanjay Gram Marg. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the day-to-day stuff to get around to it. We start early to get the prep work done before the lunch crowd arrives. It’s a lot of peeling vegetables and making sure the rice is ready. We’ve been at this location for a while now and know most of the people on the block. It’s a lot of hours on our feet, but that’s just how the restaurant business goes. We just keep the doors open and do the work. The fans on the ceiling help a little, but it still gets hot during the afternoon rush.
