Deep Caterers

Deep Caterers has been operating near Pooja Marble on Sheetla Mata Road for a good number of years. It’s a busy spot in Gurgaon, especially with the temple nearby. We spend most of our mornings getting the burners going and checking the vegetable deliveries. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a big fancy company with a marketing team. It’s mostly family and a few helpers who have been with us forever. Our place isn't hard to find if you know where the marble shops are. We handle local events, weddings, and those small house parties where people just want decent food without the fuss. Sometimes things get hectic when three orders come in at once, but we manage. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the road outside, but the kitchen stays clean. We don't have a glossy menu. We just tell people what we can cook that day. Sheetla Mata Road is always noisy with trucks and cars, so we usually have the radio playing in the back to drown it out. We started small and stayed that way because it's easier to handle. You might see our vans parked out front early in the morning. We don't do much advertising; people just hear about us from their neighbors or see us working at a party down the street. It's hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it's what we do.
