Dadi Ki Rasoi Llp is located in Shop Number CS 54 at the Conscient One Mall in Palam Vihar. We are right here in Gurgaon, Haryana. The name means grandmother’s kitchen, and that’s the kind of food we try to make. It’s not about fancy presentations or expensive ingredients. We just use what you would find in a normal home. The mall can be a bit overwhelming with all the bright lights and noise, but our little shop is a bit more grounded. We have a small kitchen in the back where we do all the cooking. Sometimes the line gets long and people have to wait, which we don't like, but we only have a few burners. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of locations. It’s just this one spot. The staff is mostly local people who know how to cook the traditional way. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about us. We’ve had some tough times, like when the mall was quiet, but we’re still here. We just want to serve a hot meal that reminds people of home. It’s a simple goal and we work hard at it every day, from opening time until we lock up the shutters at night. It’s tiring but worth it when the food turns out right.
