Colonels Kababz Ess Dee Foods

You have to climb up to the 2nd floor at J 22 in Atta to find us. We are right across from the Centrestage Mall, so the view from the window is mostly just traffic and shoppers. Colonels Kababz Ess Dee Foods has been in this spot for a good bit of time. The stairs can be a bit steep for some, we know that, but once you get up here, the smell of the charcoal fills the whole floor. We spend a lot of time on the grill. It's messy work and our aprons never stay clean for long. Sometimes the smoke gets a bit heavy if the exhaust fan is acting up, which happens more than I’d like to admit. We aren't trying to be like the big restaurants in the mall across the street. We just focus on the food and making sure the coal is at the right heat. It’s loud, especially on weekends when the market is packed. We have a few tables that have seen better days, but they serve their purpose. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if the lunch rush is bigger than we expected. It's just a regular kitchen trying to keep up with the hunger of people in Noida. We aren't fancy, just a bunch of guys cooking in a small space and trying to keep things moving.
