Chhabra'S Food

We've been here at Kabir Bhavan Chowk for a while now. Most people know the spot on Old Railway Road in Gurugram. It gets pretty crowded around here during the day with all the traffic. Chhabra'S Food is just a small place we run. We handle a lot of different food items and keep things moving. My cousin helps out when it gets busy. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the lane, but that's just how it is. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the stock piles up. We don't have a big fancy office or anything. It’s just us working through the orders as they come in. If you're passing by the chowk, you've probably seen our sign. We started small and just kept at it. It’s not always easy keeping everything fresh and ready, but we manage. We’ve known the neighbors for years. There's a lot of noise from the trains and cars, but we're used to it by now. We just focus on getting the food out to whoever needs it. Nothing too complicated about how we do things. We just open up early and stay until the work is done. It's a family thing, mostly. We hope to stay here for many more years because this location is home to us. It feels right being part of the local market life here. We just put one foot in front of the other and keep the business going every day.
