We opened up Castles Bbq Llp at Plot Number 58 in Block C of South City 1. Gurgaon is a busy place but this little corner feels right for us. It’s not a fancy building or anything, just a spot where we can get the grills going. Most of the day is spent handling coal and making sure the meat is ready. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months here in Haryana. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny office. It’s just a few of us who like barbecue. Some days are slower than others. We might run out of certain items if the delivery truck is late. That’s just how it goes sometimes. People from around South City 1 usually drop by in the evenings. You can usually smell the smoke from the street before you even see the sign. We try to keep the place clean, though the walls get a bit stained from the cooking. It’s a honest job and we like seeing people eat what we make. There isn't much to the decor, just some tables and chairs that have seen better days. We’re just local folks running a local grill. It’s nothing more and nothing less than that. If you are looking for a polished corporate spot, this probably isn't it. We just focus on the food and hope people enjoy their meal while they’re here.
