Buddys Broaster

You can find us at Buddys Broaster in DLF City, specifically at DLF Phase 4 201. It’s a busy part of town, and we’re right in the thick of it. We spend most of our day in the kitchen, surrounded by the sound of the fryers and the smell of cooking. It’s a small team here, just a few of us trying to keep up with the orders that come in. We don’t have a lot of time for sitting around. Most of our work involves prepping the chicken and making sure the oil is at the right temperature. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. The place isn't very big, so we have to stay organized or we’d be tripping over each other. We get a lot of younger people coming in from the nearby apartments, and also people who work in the offices around DLF. It’s always interesting to see who walks through the door. We don’t use any corporate scripts when we talk to people; we just ask what they want and get it ready. Sometimes the delivery drivers are waiting at the door and things get a bit hectic, but we just keep pushing through. At the end of the shift, we’re usually covered in a bit of flour, but that’s just how the job is.
