Bon Aapetite

You’ll find us on Jharsa Road in Sector 39. It’s a busy street, so there’s always a lot of traffic passing by the front door. We spend most of our time in the kitchen, which gets pretty hot, especially during the summer months. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from chopping vegetables to washing the floors at the end of the night. We aren't a big fancy restaurant; it's more of a local spot where people come for a quick meal. The chairs don't all match, and the menu is just printed on some basic paper, but it works for what we do. Sometimes we get a big rush and the kitchen gets a bit chaotic, with everyone shouting orders back and forth. We try to keep up, though once in a while a dish might take longer than it should. We’ve been at this location for some time now and have gotten to know the people who live and work nearby. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours on our feet. We don’t have a big office or a manager in a suit. It’s just us in our aprons, trying to get the food out and keep the place tidy. It’s a simple life, and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. Just a shop on Jharsa Road. We keep the stove going and the doors open for whoever is hungry.
