Biryani Bhavan Llp is located out on the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road. We are based in the Valley View Estate at Gwal Pahadi, specifically in T4-1106. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but the air is a little clearer than in the middle of the city. We spend a lot of time with big pots of rice and meat. Making biryani takes a lot of hours and you can’t really rush it. We start early when the sun is just coming up. The kitchen gets hot pretty fast once the burners are on. We are a small crew and we all know our roles. Some days are harder than others, especially when we have big orders going out to the rest of Gurgaon. The traffic on the Faridabad road can be a real headache for our delivery guys who have to navigate through all those trucks. We just try to get the food out while it's still hot. Our office is just a small room where we keep the books and take calls. It’s not a polished place, just a working kitchen. We have our favorite tea stall nearby where we take breaks. Most of our day is just steam, spices, and checking the clock. We don’t go for anything too complicated. We just focus on the pots and making sure we don’t run out of ingredients by the weekend. It is a lot of heavy lifting and cleaning, but that is part of the job.
