It is a bit of a concrete jungle with all the SCO buildings, but there is a lot of energy here every day. We are right in the middle of it all at 121002. Running a restaurant business in this part of Haryana is a 24/7 job. There is always something that needs fixing, a kitchen issue to solve, or a supplier who is running late with the vegetables. We don't pretend to be some five-star corporate entity. We are just a group of people who like food and wanted to open a place in one of the busiest sectors of Gurgaon. Our space in SCO 39 is where we do all the planning and the actual cooking. It gets loud and hot, especially on weekend nights when the big crowds come in. We don’t really have a mission statement or a fancy vision. We just want to serve food that isn't terrible and make sure the bills get paid at the end of the month. Most of us have been working in kitchens for years, so we know how hard the drill is. It’s tough work, standing on your feet all day, but seeing a busy dining room is a good feeling for us. We just take it one day at a time.
