Big Bros Restaurants Private Limited is based out of Gurgaon, but our main office is actually in Jmd Gardens. We are in Tower 3, Flat No. J 302 on the third floor. It’s a bit different running a restaurant company from a residential tower, but it works for us. It’s a quiet place to handle all the boring administrative stuff that goes into running food outlets. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with vendors or looking at the menus. The view from the third floor is okay, but we are usually too busy with spreadsheets to notice. Gurgaon is a fast place, and we are just trying to keep up with the pace. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who have been together since the start. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes; we just use the kitchen in the flat. Sometimes the security at the gate of Jmd Gardens is a bit strict with our visitors, but that’s just part of being in a group housing society. We manage everything from here, from hiring staff to figuring out why the produce prices went up again. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we do. We like the fact that it feels like a home office because it keeps us grounded while we deal with the food industry.
