Bhartis Food

Our place is at 1083/12 in Sector 15. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, away from the main roads where all the big glass buildings are. Bhartis Food is run out of this simple address where the street is narrow and the trees give a little bit of shade in the summer. We spend our days mostly in the kitchen area, and the prep work takes up a lot of our time. It’s not a corporate office or anything like that. It’s more like a house that has been turned into a workspace over the years. You can see the wear and tear on the doorframes and the way the paint is peeling a little in the corners. We don't mind it much because it feels like home to us. The neighbors in Sector 15 are mostly families, so it stays pretty quiet in the evenings once everyone is inside. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we work. There is always a lot of washing up to do and boxes to move around. It’s just honest work that keeps us busy from the time we arrive until we lock up the gate at night. We’ve been here so long that we don’t even notice the small quirks of the building anymore. It’s just where we go to do our jobs and earn a living. We have been part of this street for years now.
