Balaji Steels

You can find us at Shop No. 16 in Bada Bazar, which is right on Basai Road. We are very close to the Bhuteshwar Mandir Chowk, so we hear the temple bells throughout the day. Balaji Steels is mostly about handling different types of steel products that people need for their houses or small projects. The shop is usually a bit crowded with stock, and there is not much room to walk around once a new shipment comes in. We spend the morning moving things out to the front so people can see what we have. It gets pretty busy around here in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. Sometimes the traffic at the chowk gets backed up, and it makes it hard for the delivery trucks to pull in. We have been in this spot for a while, and most of our neighbors know us well. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy things. Most of the day is just spent talking to customers, weighing metal, or writing out receipts by hand. It is a bit of a grind, but it is what we do. The fan in the corner barely keeps the heat away in the summer, but we stay busy enough that we don't notice it too much. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in the middle of all the bazar chaos.
