Baaanker Biryaani Llp

We are over at The Habitat in Sector 78. Our unit is A4/405. Baaanker Biryaani is a bit of a local secret in this part of Faridabad. We are located inside a residential complex, so it’s not like a high-street shop. We do a lot of our work in a kitchen that stays busy from morning until late at night. The smell of the rice and the meat is everywhere. We spend a lot of our time making sure the spices are just right. It’s not a fancy setup. We have big pots, some stoves, and a lot of containers for delivery. We started this because we liked cooking for our neighbors and it grew from there. The Habitat is a nice area, and we are glad to be here. Sometimes it gets a bit frantic when many orders come in at once, but we just keep our heads down and cook. We don't have a big team or a marketing person. It’s just us handling the orders and making sure the food is hot. We use regular ingredients that we get from the local market. There is no secret corporate recipe, just how we’ve always done it. If you live around Sector 78, you probably know the smell of our kitchen. We are just a small LLP trying to do right by the food, making sure each batch is like the one before. It's just simple cooking for us.
