We are located at Khasra Number 510 on Basai Road. If you know where the Bikanerwala is, you are pretty close to us. It is a good spot because everyone knows that landmark. At Aman Metal Industries, we deal with a lot of heavy stuff. The sound of metal clanging is the background noise of our lives every day. It’s not a quiet job and your hands are almost always dirty by noon. We started this because there was a need for metal parts in the local construction and repair shops nearby. We don't have a big showroom. Most people just come straight to the back where the work happens. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing them ourselves. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting and moving steel and iron pieces. We aren't polished people and we don't wear suits to work. Usually, it's just jeans and a t-shirt that's seen better days. We care about the measurements being right because if they aren't, the whole project fails. We talk to our customers plainly. If a job is going to take three days, we don't tell them two. It is just easier to be honest about the timeline. The heat near the furnaces can be tough in the summer, but we just drink a lot of water and keep going until the shift ends. Every piece we make is just a result of hard work.
