Abdul Steel Works

If you go down Sohna Road and look around Thakran Market, you will find our shop. We are located right across from Jmd Garden in the Islampur area. Our business is called Abdul Steel Works. We do a lot of welding and metal fabrication work here. It is definitely loud work with sparks flying around and the smell of burning metal in the air. We spend our time making things like iron gates, window grills, and small frames for buildings. It is a small physical space, so most of our bigger projects end up happening right out front on the edge of the market. We have been working at this location for quite some time now. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. We are just a small crew with a few welding machines and some metal cutters. People often bring us drawings they made on scraps of paper, and we try our best to make exactly what they want. It is not always perfect on the first try, but we keep working at it until it is right. The market is always busy, and sometimes it is hard to even hear each other talk over the noise of the traffic. We don't have any sales team or fancy brochures to give out. Our work is just sitting there for anyone to see. We just charge a fair price for our labor and the materials we use. We are plain people doing a manual job.
